2021 Abstract/Poster Submission Guidelines

ABSTRACT/POSTER SUBMISSIONS GUIDELINES

The deadline for submitting abstracts, posters and videos has been extended until April 1, 2021 at 5 pm (CST). This includes poster submissions for our competition and poster submissions for the poster session.

We have updated our submission guidelines. The submission of the MP4 video of your poster is OPTIONAL. However, we do recommend including a video of your poster presentation to enhance our virtual conference and allow maximum interaction with attendees.

The poster competition categories are:

  1. Undergraduate students
  2. Graduate students
  3. Postdocs

All poster competitions are limited to 30 abstracts/posters per category, so please submit your abstract/poster soon. There is a limit of one poster per lab for competition consideration, but no limit for the number of total presentations. You will be contacted about times for presentations to judges in a future email. The interactive poster session and competitions will be held on Thursday April 8, 2021 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM. Posters presented elsewhere are welcome.
